Jaxon is here!!
Well, things here have definately been exciting! Jaxon was born on 4/22/2008 (Earth Day) at 12:47 PM. He weighed 8 lbs 4 oz! Of course, Jonathan and I couldn't be happier. Everything went perfectly! Believe it or not, they actaully had to wake me up to deliver him! Thank goodness for epidurals!! It made it very easy. We stayed in the hospital for a couple of days and now we are home and starting to get used to the sleepless nights. Jaxon has had jaundice, so we have been making daily trips to the doctor to get his blood tested. We actually stopped and ate at Panera today on our way home. Jaxon did sleep through it though! He is doing great and we feel so blessed to be traveling down this exciting road. I will keep everyone updated! Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers during this awesome time!

How We Spread the News!
Dudley wore this T-shirt to reveal the exciting news that he was going to have a new sibling. His shirt said "Have you heard the big news? I'm going to be a big brother!!"

So sorry I didn't get to see Jaxon on Saturday - sounded like you all were a bit tired! I love the photos on the blog! He is a beautiful baby and Mac and I can't wait to come see him as soon as we get back. Hope the jaundice is clearing up (and hope you are getting a little sleep)!
It is an amazing time - enjoy every moment!
Love you all,
Kim
