Jaxon couldn't decide what he wanted to be for Halloween. At first, he wanted to be a cowboy. Then he wanted to be an airplane, and then a robot. Finally, he decided he wanted to be a worker. So...since he is not super crazy about wearing costumes, we found the perfect worker outfit. Here are a few pictures from Halloween.

Jaxon the Worker
Lately, Jaxon has really gotten into helping dad "work". He will get his tools and really try to help. He is turning into such a big boy, so we finally decided to break down his crib and turn it into a toddler bed. This was a big step for us, I think more so than Jaxon. It was a little strange thinking about how he could just get out of bed anytime he wanted to and walk around the house. Fortunately, he did so great; he stayed in his bed during nap time and all through the night. When he woke up, he would even talk into his monitor and let us know that he was "ready to get up". This stage didn't last too long though. He soon began to wake up in the morning and run into mom and dad's room and smile. Too cute!! Here are a couple of pictures of Jaxon helping his daddy work on his bed.

How We Spread the News!
Dudley wore this T-shirt to reveal the exciting news that he was going to have a new sibling. His shirt said "Have you heard the big news? I'm going to be a big brother!!"

That's funny about the toddler bed! We tried it "too early" awhile back. Needless to say, it was back up after a few nights! We have been debating about trying it again and going ahead with the full bed, haven't done it yet. Love the Halloween costume:)
