Jaxon trying to catch some butterflies in the backyard
So funny how he sleeps in the car with his arms behind his head (just like his daddy)
By far, one of the best parts of fall is going to the fall festivals. This year we took Jaxon to Honeysuckle Farms for the day to enjoy the festivities. It was a hot day, but he really had a good time.
One of Jonathan's co-workers and friend of ours, Ms. Lori, invited us to a fall festival held at one of her friends home. It was so nice. Jaxon was able to walk through the gardens and watch them dig up fresh vegetables. There was also a band...and he LOVES bands.
We just couldn't get enough of the fall festivals, so we decided to go to another one held at Fontanelle. It was fun, but the most memorable part was definitely the "little walk" we decided to go on, which ended up being a hike all up-hill! The "walking trail" kept going and going. It was definitely interesting since I was pregnant and we had our two year old. Jaxon was a trooper though. Occasionally we would say he needed a bench though. I do have to admit, he wasn't the only one. It was pretty funny!
