Chattanooga Choo-Choo

Since Jaxon is really into trains right now, Jonathan and I decided to take him to Chattanooga over Memorial Day to spend the night at the Chattanooga Choo-Choo. We went down and checked into the hotel and then rode the bus to the Aquarium. Actually, I think the bus ride was one of his favorite parts. He talked about it for weeks!

After the Aquarium, we took him to an IMAX movie, which was quite interesting. He pointed out the fish swimming across the screen, and lets just say, he didn't get the concept of whispering. He totally loved the idea of sitting in the big chair, wearing glasses, and eating popcorn. He was really into it at first, but ended up falling asleep halfway through the movie. The glasses came off, he became a little squirmy, and then he was out like a light! We then went back to the choo-choo, ate dinner, and went for a swim. He absolutely LOVES swimming! Although he had so much fun, I think he had a little too much popcorn and swimming, because he threw up in the middle of the gift shop the next day!
Even though his tummy was a little upset, he still kept saying he wanted to go swimming! After the incident in the carpeted gift shop, we decided to call it a day and head back to Hendersonville. Overall, we had a great time. Here are some pictures of the trip.

Jaxon was so excited when he got to put his hands in the tank to touch the fish!

A quick picture with Mommy.

This was too funny - when I asked him what kind-of fish this was, he said "That's a whale!" I couldn't blame him, it was huge!

He was amazed!

Getting ready to go into the IMAX.

We snapped a few pictures in front of some train cars at the hotel.

OK... so since it was Jaxon's first dip in a swimming pool this year, I decided to take his cool swimsuit with built-in floaties. When we finally got it on him, I couldn't help but take this picture! Although he enjoyed it in the pool, he hasn't warn it since. It was hilarious!

Overall, a great trip!
